Flavours of Wellness Event

We are honoured to have collaborated with local F&B brands Yan Xi Tang (@yanxitangsg) and Moin Moin Gelato (@moinmoingelato), we proudly unveiled a delightful fusion of herb-infused bubble teas and gelatos using Kin Teck Tong’s HealthTea series as a base. This eat-mersive event is made possible with the generous support of our venue partner, Moin Moin Gelato, and was held at their Toa Payoh branch.

The day began with an enlightening session on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)’s 9 Body Constitutions, led by TCM Physician Adeline Loh. Our media friends gained valuable insights into their unique constitutions, deepening their understanding of their bodies. Additionally, guests had the opportunity for an intimate personalized consultation with our TCM Physician Loh, gaining individual insights into their body constitutions.

As part of the event, we also hosted a fun Modern Herbal Tea Masterclass, allowing our media friends to explore the different scents and health benefits of the herbs while creating their own herbal teas. With a variety of herbs and botanicals to experiment with, participants got creative and discovered personalised herbal blends that suited their body constitutions and taste preferences.

Following the engaging tea blending workshop, guests indulged in a special tasting session, savouring the exquisite HealthTea-infused bubble tea crafted by Yan Xi Tang and enjoying the rich flavours of HealthTea-infused gelato by Moin Moin Gelato. This unique fusion of flavours showcased the artistry of combining the healthful benefits of our teas with the delightful treats prepared by our partners.

Yan Xi Tang impressed the guests with their meticulously crafted tea blends, including highlights such as Mango Roselle Orange with Aloe (featuring our Energiser Tea) and Honey Beau Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls (made with our BeauTea). For a soothing option, the Honey Lemon Digest Tea with Tapioca Pearls (using our Digest Tea) provided comfort, while the Honey Passion Blue Flower with Aloe (incorporating our Goodnight Tea) offered a unique blend for a tranquil evening. Warm and cold beverage options were made available, showcasing the versatility of HealthTeas.

At the event, Moin Moin Gelato showcased an array of artisanal handcrafted gelato creations. One of their highlights was the Energiser Booster, skillfully crafted with our Energiser Tea, offering a unique and energy flavour burst of Roselle and Hawthorn. Another delectable option was the Radiant Beauty gelato, made with our BeauTea, which not only provided indulgence but also reminded us of our local favourite – Chrysanthemum tea. Lastly, guests were enchanted by the Midnight Galaxy sorbet, carefully created with our Goodnight Tea, offering a delightful yet soothing experience. To further enhance the indulgence, guests were able to personalise their gelato with a choice of two healthy toppings: cacao nibs and goji berries.
